White House reporters challenged Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders to provide evidence that the government spied on the Trump campaign, but all she could do was repeat the same line over again before dodging follow-up questions.

Huckabee Sanders was asked if Trump is going to retract his claim that the government spied on his campaign, and she answered, “Clearly there is still cause for concernWhite House reporters challenged Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders to provide evidence that the government spied on the Trump campaign, but all she could do was repeat the same line over again before dodging follow-up questions.
that needs to be looked at. Let’s not forget that the deputy director of the FBI was actually fired for misconduct. The president is concerned about the matter and we are going to continue to follow the story.”
ABC’s Jon Karl followed up, “Trey Gowdy was in the briefing, he knows what was done and says these allegations are baseless, there was no spying on the campaign. ”
Huckabee Sanders clearly had nothing, “The president feels cause for concern and should be looked at. Like I just said, the deputy director of the FBI was fired for misconduct. — I’m not finished. There are a number of things that have been reported on that show I think not just for the president, but a number of Americans, a large cause for concern. And we would like to see this fully looked into. And we’ll continue to follow that matter. Steve.”
Karl asked, “Based on what evidence?”
This was the White House Press Secretary’s reply, “Sorry Jon we are going to keep moving.”
Sarah Huckabee Sanders blew off the question by moving on to a different reporter. Look at her answers. She had no evidence. There are no facts that can be offered to support Trump’s claim because it is made up conspiracy nonsense that came out the president’s imagination. When Sarah Huckabee Sanders is forced to cut and run, it is a sure sign that ‘SpyGate’ is dead and gone.
