WTKK in Boston has indefinitely suspended conservative talk show host Jay Severin for blaming the swine flu on “some of the world’s lowest primitives” in Mexico. He also referred to Mexicans as unhygienic leeches from a primitive country.
On The 700 Club today Rev. Pat Robertson wondered aloud if the recently passed hate crimes bill protected somebody who was really weird, or someone who likes to have sex with little boys, because according to the far right all homosexuals are pedophiles.
On his radio show today, Glenn Beck claimed that Obama is weak because he did not call on Fox News at his news conference last night. Beck also called Helen Thomas a left wing activist columnist, and equated progressives to Marxists. I think somebody is a little upset today over not getting a question.
There was much criticism of the Fox broadcast network for deciding not to show President Obama’s press conference last night, but Fox’s airing of Lie to Me beat the press conference, and was the #1 rated broadcast program at 8 PM. By the way, Obama showed his displeasure with Fox, but not giving Fox News a question last night.
On his MSNBC show Countdown, host Keith Olbermann almost blew a gasket during his worst persons segment as Michelle Bachmann used some completely seriously bungled history to try to blame FDR for prolonging the Great Depression.
