While being interviewed by ABC News’ Jake Tapper, potential 2012 GOP presidential candidate Gov. Mark Sanford (R-SC) admitted that Cheney and Limbaugh’s leadership probably isn’t good for the Republican Party. He said that Limbaugh is one of those leaders, “who have had more than their share of time at a front-row seat.”
Fox News host Sheppard Smith has provoked a bit of a civil war over the Holocaust Museum shooting today by saying that the Homeland Security report about right wing extremists was a warning and that it was right. He said the right went bonkers over the report, and then Ralph Peters went on Neil Cavuto’s show to attack Smith for defending the report.
On MSNBC’s Morning Joe today, host Joe Scarborough attack Jon Stewart for claiming that MSNBC crew sold themselves out by being sponsored by Starbucks, and pimping their coffee during their show. Scarborough said that Stewart is the angriest guy that he has ever met. He compared Stewart to Bill O’Reilly. Scarborough also claimed that Stewart has a Napoleonic complex.
