On his FNC program tonight Glenn Beck sat out one up Rush Limbaugh’s statement that he wanted Obama to fail by going even further by saying that, “I think Barack Obama doesn’t want America to succeed.” Only Beck would claim that Obama is intentionally trying to make America less successful.
On his radio show today Rush Limbaugh was whining about being audited by New York state and NYC, when he said, Barack Obama has yet to have to prove he’s a citizen. All he’d have to do is show a birth certificate.” Limbaugh like the other birthers conveniently forgets that the United States government has already verified Obama’s citizenship.
Joe the Plumber spoke yesterday at a tea party in Wisconsin where he called himself a dumb plumber who understands the Constitution. He demonstrated his understanding by saying, “Capitalism is evil, at least that’s what they’d have us believe. It’s not evil. It’s our right as Americans.”Capitalism is an economic system, not a right.
On Fox News yesterday, guest Lt. Col. Ralph Peters labeled Pfc. Bowe Bergdahl, “an apparent deserter.” He later said that the Taliban should kill Bergdahl, “If he walked away from his post and his buddies in wartime, I don’t care how hard it sounds, as far as I’m concerned, the Taliban can save us a lot of legal hassles and legal bills.”
