During an interview with a local Washington, DC radio station on Tuesday, Trump threatened Sen. John McCain as the man is dying from brain cancer.
Trump threatened McCain because he is still bitter about losing the Obamacare repeal vote:

McCain has been stepping up his criticism of Trump, including when he received the Liberty Medal from former Vice President Joe Biden on Monday night, and said, “To fear the world we have organized and led for three-quarters of a century, to abandon the ideals we have advanced around the globe, to refuse the obligations of international leadership and our duty to remain ‘the last best hope of earth’ for the sake of some half-baked, spurious nationalism cooked up by people who would rather find scapegoats than solve problems is as unpatriotic as an attachment to any other tired dogma of the past that Americans consigned to the ash heap of history.”
Whether you agree with McCain on the issues or not, it has never been in doubt that he loves his country, and he has sacrificed his body and health to defend it. John McCain is now dying of brain cancer, and Donald Trump is attacking him because he is still upset that McCain didn’t vote to take healthcare away from millions of Americans.
Forget about this behavior being unpresidential, no person should behave this way.
Donald Trump is worse than a bad president. He is a terrible human being who disgraces his country every time that he opens his mouth.
