Donald Trump’s tweets of fake anti-Muslim videos will be used in court against him to the kill his travel ban.
In response to Trump’s tweets, Illinois Attorney General candidate Renato Mariotti tweeted:
Mark my words—the bigoted films tweeted out by Trump today will be used as evidence of his discriminatory intent by the State’s Attorneys General challenging the travel ban. https://t.co/i4XvMtSKmY

Donald Trump doesn’t understand that his tweets are evidence that will be used against him. Trump already had his tweets factor in a ruling that blocked his transgender military ban. The President has been warned by his attorneys not to tweet about the Russia investigation because his tweets can be used against him by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, but Trump’s behavior is pathological, so reason does not play into anything that he puts out on social media.
Trump just provided the states with evidence that his travel ban is based on bigotry, not national security.
The President’s inability to hide his bigotry may end up killing his own Muslim ban in court.
