The contents of Jones’s phone could become a real problem for him. Not only has the January 6th Committee already requested those phone records, but they also show Jones who’s tried to plead poverty in this case was earning revenue of as much as $800,000 per day in sales in recent years. In the end, it was determined that he has to pay $4 million in compensatory damages, but as we all know could be just a week’s work for him, and another $45 million in punitive damages although that will undoubtedly be subject to further litigation, and look clearly none of this is going to stop him.

There are two more trials coming and he is going to find ways to turn those into a clown show as well and fundraise off them too, but at the very least this phone thing could make his life much more difficult and for a while, and that is something that we should all be allowed to enjoy. Because to wake up one morning and find that Alex Jones’s lawyers mistakenly shared his cell phone records is a true blessing. We don’t deserve this, but one thing’s for sure. He definitely does.

Alex Jones’s phone is a big problem that will not be going away anytime soon. The 1/6 Committee will get his phone, and so will other law enforcement agencies. The DOJ should be very interested in Jones’s phone around the time of the 1/6 attack.

Oliver is right. Even if Jones is financially ruined, he would still be on the air and spreading his conspiracies. However, if his phone results in criminal charges, Alex Jones won’t be able to make money from behind bars.
