A clear message with a simple chart from Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) showed why Republicans handed Democrats their best argument for voters to give them back control of Congress with Trumpcare.
Sen. Warren tweeted:
The CBO confirmed: Trumpcare is a $663 BILLION tax cut for the rich paid for by kicking 23 MILLION people off of insurance. End of story. pic.twitter.com/lLVhpTMhpu

The Republicans have saddled themselves with the message that people are going to pay more for less care, and there will be people who lose their health care. Plus, Obamacare was really bad.
In contrast, the Democratic argument is Republicans are going to make your health care more expensive if you are still lucky enough to have it to cut taxes for the rich.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see which argument is easier to understand. Republicans don’t know what’s in their bill and have struggled to come up with any kind of explanation for why they are doing this outside of “Obamacare is collapsing,” which it isn’t, or wouldn’t be if Republicans weren’t sabotaging it.
Republicans have built this all on their own, and Warren put on display the winning message that Democrats are going to take voters in 2018.
