Trump’s Jobs Plan Exposed As Locking Hillary Clinton Up In Prison

Last night was supposed to be about Trump’s jobs plan. The theme was touted as, “Make America Work Again.”

Yet not a single jobs plan was introduced, nor did the speakers really focus on Donald Trump’s alleged ability to create jobs. The speakers talked about locking up Hillary Clinton.

Yes, almost every single speaker spoke very little about Donald Trump, save for his children and Natalie Gulbis, a golf professional. The evening was devoted to rabid, raging rants about Hillary Clinton’s emails and Benghazi.

Chris Christie even held a “mock trial”, leading the crowd in fevered chants of “lock her up!” that my colleague Hrafnkell Haraldsson referred to as “Hillary Derangement Syndrome much? We have seen a major party political convention turn into a lynch mob.”

Here was the agenda for the evening, based on the faulty premise that President Obama has delivered “anemic economic growth” and everything in America is horrible, we need to “take back America”, as the speakers reminded us:

The Obama years have delivered anemic economic growth, the lowest labor-force participation rate in 38 years, and job-killing regulations and legislation like Obamacare. These policies are crushing middle-class families, and a Hillary Clinton presidency would merely be an Obama third term that would deliver the same poor results. Donald Trump is a successful businessman with a solid record of creating jobs and the experience we need to get America’s economy up and running … and get Americans working again.

But not a single job plan was presented last night. Not even in vague passing other than personal anecdotes. The evening was all about Hillary so much so that it felt like an anti-Hillary convention, rather than a Donald Trump convention. It was easy to forget who the speakers were supposed to be endorsing, because most of them rarely mentioned his name. It seems those who couldn’t bring themselves to praise Donald Trump sought refuge in assisting the breakdown of law and order by whipping the crowd into a mob.

Donald Trump is in fact not a successful businessman. He is a con artist who was born into a wealthy family and got millions to start his “successful” career. He has used lawyers the way the mob uses hit men, taking out anyone who got in his way with intimidation and threats.

Donald Trump Jr, who also spoke last night, shared this Trump version of Making America Work again a few weeks ago, which doesn’t seem encouraging:

Furthermore, it has already been proven that “businessmen”, the Republican Gods of the world, aren’t actually that great at running the country in terms of economic policy and jobs. The country is not a business, and it is not intended to be run like a business for good reason — the government is supposed to do many things that are good for the people, without the profit motive interfering.

These revered businessmen are really good at making other trust fund babies rich, though. For what that’s worth to the rest of America.

Here is Donald Trump’s jobs plan:

The jobs plan is “JOBS!”

Instead of talking about Donald Trump’s plan to create real jobs, the list of speakers pivoted to The All About Hillary show. They had the nerve to make an entire convention about her emails, when almost every Republican who was in the running has an email scandal of their own. Including Donald Trump.

Making America Work Again will be very tough with the whole plan consisting of locking Hillary Clinton up.
