Trump said during a meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Abe that without him the Winter Olympics would have been a failure.

Trump said, “North Korea is coming along, South Korea is meeting and has plans to meet with North Korea to see if they can end the war and they have my blessing on that and they have been very generous without us and without me in particular, I guess you would have to say, they wouldn’t be discussing anything, including the Olympics would have been a failure, instead it was a great success. They would have had a real problem. And as you know, North Korea participated in the Olympics and it made it quite an Olympics, quite a success that would not have happened.”

This is what happens when a man who lives in a fantasy world of success is confronted with the reality of his failure. Trump is grasping for anything that he can take credit for and call a win. Forget that Syria bombing that accomplished nothing, my real win was that North Korea participated in the Olympics. Trump’s comments would be sad if they weren’t so pathetic. Since the president has kicked anyone out of the White House who might tell him the truth, Trump is going to continue to spin his myth of success, because it is what he has spent his entire adult life doing.
It is really pathetic, and it is time that the American people yanked this corrupt and sad sack off of the world stage.
