The lawyer for Stormy Daniels, Michael Avenatti, revealed that Trump backed down on the Daniels NDA because he is trying to cover up more hush money crimes in the Trump Organization.

Melber: Based on the way that functions, do you think there are other people affiliated with the Trump organization that broke campaign finance law?
Avenatti: I do. Because I’m aware of other payments that occurred in ’15 and ’16. I’m not at liberty to get into the details. My client was not alone. Ms. McDougal is not alone. There are other payments, and I have no question —
Melber: Let’s break out what you’re saying, because people are going, wow. Donald Trump, after fighting this, after taking your client to arbitration and threatening millions of dollars, is backing down. What you’re saying is maybe in their interest, to fold in this public manner, because there are other people with a similar situation, that would raise other potential violations of the law?
Avenatti: That’s what I’m saying. And Donald Trump does not want to face a deposition by me where I ask him questions about the payment to Stormy Daniels, Ms. McDougal and others, as well as the use of his NDAs to shut people up and silence people in order for him to be elected.
It Is Almost Certain That There Are More Hush Money Crimes In The Trump Organization
The Stormy Daniels payment was not a one-time thing. In the tape that Omarosa released today, Trump states his belief that payments and money can be hidden by using law firms. It is clear that Trump‘s had a MO for these payouts of routing the money through the Trump Organization.
Trump has spent years trying to keep his affairs hidden, so there probably are more women, and if Avenatti got a chance to depose Trump, those women and payments would come to light.
The nation is rightly focused on Robert Mueller‘s investigation, but there is probably more dirty laundry that could bring this president down surrounding Michael Cohen. Trump‘s attempt to back down on the Stormy Daniels NDA is a sign that bigger scandals are on the horizon.
