After “the Internet” accused Michael Avenatti of being duped by 4Chan and harassed him until he took his Twitter account private, Avenatti, the lawyer for yet another woman who has accused Donald Trump‘s Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault, delivered the goods on Wednesday — including submitting her sworn statement to the Senate Judiciary Committee and demanding an FBI investigation.
Below is my correspondence to Mr. Davis of moments ago, together with a sworn declaration from my client. We demand an immediate FBI investigat
ion into the allegations. Under no circumstances should Brett Kavanaugh be confirmed absent a full and complete investigation. pic.twitter.com/QHbHBbbfbE— Michael Avenatti (@MichaelAvenatti) September 26, 2018

In the affidavit, Swetnick says that Kavanaugh spiked the drinks of girls at house parties with grain alcohol and/or drugs to “cause girls to lose inhibitions and their ability to say ‘No.’ ”
Swetnick said both Kavanaugh and his buddy Mark Judge did this so the girls “could then be ‘gang raped’ by a ‘train’ of numerous boys.”
Swetnick said, “I became the victim” of one such rape “where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present.”

Avenatti also posted his email to the committee.
Julie Swetnick is both a witness and a victim, according to Avenatti’s earlier comments. He mentioned “gang rape” and “trains” — where Kavanaugh and his buddies had sex with one woman one after another and now delivered an affidavit to the same effect.
Several witnesses have attested to Kavanaugh getting women drunk or plying them with drugs before having sex with them.
Kavanaugh has denied all of these accusations and believes himself to the victim here. He hasn’t shown an ounce of concern over all of these women from his past saying he hurt them and that they are still suffering due to what they say he did.
The thing is, Swetnick, by submitting a sworn affidavit, has put herself in criminal jeopardy if she is not telling the truth, and furthermore, put her career at risk as a security clearance holder:
I have no idea if Julie Swetnick is telling the truth. I can say this: submitting a sworn affidavit carries with it criminal liability if she perjured herself.
Also, as a clearance holder, giving perjured statements would be a career-ender. Take that for what it’s worth.

All of these women have put themselves on the line and asked for an FBI investigation, but Republicans are refusing and they are also refusing to call the only witness who was in the rooms, Mark Judge, to their “hearing.”
Republicans aren’t even planning on hearing from the this woman or the other woman, Debbie Ramirez, who have accused Kavanaugh of similarly sexually aggressive and illegal behavior.
