When a Marine who served in Iraq told Graham that he didn’t believe that Trump was upholding his oath to protect the Constitution, Sen. Graham said, “I don’t agree with you,” and he ran away.
There was no discussion, no respect shown, and no dialogue on the issue.
In other words, the interaction was a typical exchange between a Trump Republican and anyone else in this country.
The next time that Lindsey Graham, Donald Trump, or any of the defenders of the president talk about how much they love the troops, keep in mind that this is how they treat vets when they think that no one is watching.
Joe Biden has every right to be angry, as Lindsey Graham has put defending Trump ahead of protecting his country.
