Obama Turns Up The Heat On Republicans After New York Enacts $15 Minimum Wage
After Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed legislation giving 12 weeks of paid family leave and increasing the minimum wage throughout New York,
President Barack Obama commended Gov. Cuomo and the state of New York for supporting working families and then made sure to reiterate his call on Congress to raise the minimum wage.
