The top House Intelligence Committee Democrat, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) dropped a bombshell on Donald Trump by saying there’s more than circumstantial evidence against Trump for Russia collusion.

Chuck Todd asked Schiff on MSNBC’s MTP Daily, “All you have right now is a circumstantial case?”

Schiff replied with a bombshell, “Actually, no, Chuck. I can tell you that the case is more than that, and I can’t go into the particulars, but there is more than circumstantial evidence now.”
Todd asked, “So you have seen direct evidence of collusion?”
Schiff answered, “I don’t want to go into specifics, but I will say that there is evidence that is not circumstantial and very much worthy of investigation.”
Rep. Schiff’s answer means that there is a lot more evidence that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia than circumstantial puzzle pieces that hint at collusion but don’t directly prove it. Schiff was touching on what the White House and Republicans in Congress are attempting to hide. As long as any direct evidence remains buried, Trump and Republicans can argue that the circumstantial evidence is open to interpretation.
Direct evidence is the kind of proof that will get Trump impeached, destroy his entire administration, and take down the Republican Party.
What Schiff was talking about with Chuck Todd was the existence of a smoking gun.
Instead of being vindicated, Donald Trump may have just sent himself and the Republican Party on a one way trip to Treason Town.
