The White House Is Trying To Sell Trump Promoting His Golf Club As A ‘Working Vacation’

Donald Trump has taken a 10-day vacation that he will be using to line his own pockets and promote his New Jersey golf club, which the White House is trying to sell as a working vacation.

NJ.com reported, “The Federal Aviation Administration issued a temporary flight advisory for Aug. 2-13 for the Bedminster area. Such advisories have been precursors to presidential visits. No formal announcement has been made. Trump is spending this weekend in Bedminster, his fourth jaunt to the Garden State in the last five weeks.”

CREW tweeted that the “working” part of Trump’s vacation is his side hustle of profiting off of the presidency:

The White House is telling the press that this a working vacation, but they have released no details about what part of Trump’s vacation will be work. According to Trump Golf Count, the president has spent 126 days of his presidency playing golf at an estimated cost to taxpayers of $74 million.

House and Senate Democrats are calling for an investigation into Trump’s practice of billing taxpayers for his stays at his own properties. Trump’s lavish lifestyle and kickback scheme could be over soon if Democrats win control or all or part of Congress.

Trump’s days of living large may come to an end shortly, but until they do, the American people will continue to have their intelligence insulted by White House claims that the laziest president in history is taking “working vacations.”
