Fox News Claims Democrats Are The Same As Trump Inspired Terrorists

Fox News is responding to the week of Trump inspired right-wing terrorism by claiming that peaceful liberal protesters are the same as the bombers and mass shooters on the right.

Fox News White House correspondent Kevin Corke began his segment on Fox News Sunday by saying:

KEVIN CORKE, FOX NEWS WHITE HOUSE CORRESPONDENT: It was a call for peace, but for President Trump, taming America’s political tempers might prove to be the heaviest lift yet of his presidency.

In the 21-month since Mr. Trump took office, the nation’s political climate has become increasingly disruptive, disrespectful, even deadly. The latest temper of the time, a mass shooting at a synagogue and the arrest of a suspect who authorities believe sent more than a dozen pipe bombs to Democrats across the country, a reflection of a political culture now awash in vitriol and venom are letters sent to leaders containing the raw materials for ricin have barely shocked senses.

And political players mete out harsh judgments with impunity.

Fox News falsely equated liberal protesters with right-wing terrorists

Fox News doesn’t mention that the bomber who tried to assassinate two former Democratic presidents, and the 2016 Democratic nominee, and the former Democratic vice president was a Republican. Those “disrespectful” protesters that Fox News showed were women who were chanting that they believe sexual assault survivors during the Kavanaugh confirmation process.

The discussion is not about respectfulness. It is about radical far-right wing Fox News faithful who commit acts of violence and terror against innocent people.

Even after 14 bombs were mailed and 11 people were murdered, Fox News isn’t changing their tone. They are doubling down.
