Thanks to the 1/6 Committee, we now know that Reps. Jim Jordan and Marjorie Taylor Greene were among those members of Congress who participated in a coup plotter meeting.

It is now clear what Greene and Jordan have been hiding and why they have been doing everything imaginable to discredit the 1/6 Committee. The Committee already revealed that Greene asked for a pardon. Jordan asked if members who participated in the meeting would be pardoned.
What both House Republicans thought that they needed to be pardoned for was their participation in a plot to overthrow the government from within.
Much more needs to be made public about the December 21, 2020 meeting at the White House, but what has been made public is bad enough. Several members of Congress strategized with Trump at the White House to overturn a legitimate election and keep the president who lost in power.
Greene and Jordan should consider themselves lucky that they have yet to be criminally charged.
