There is someone in America who actually liked Donald Trump’s sweaty, raging bitter acceptance speech last night, and his name is David Duke.

It seems the felon and former Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan liked it so much, he’s happy to officially announce his run for the U.S. Senate.

In his video announcement, David Duke says, “I am overjoyed to see Donald Trump and most Americans embrace most of the issues I’ve championed for years.â€

Louisiana getting another real winner of a Republican, as Duke will run for Vitter’s (of the prostitution scandal) seat.

David Duke is also a white nationalist and a Holocaust denier. He has suggested that Donald Trump being compared to Hitler was only helping Hitler’s reputation.
For good measure, here’s a reminder of the way David Duke sees the world:

Here’s a clue about the dog whistle of “Western European” and “Christian” and what “America First” really means:

David Duke has been putting out feelers for this run, but formally announced it today, the day after Donald Trump’s acceptance speech. Duke must feel the Trump voters will trickle down for him, and no doubt many of them will given Trump’s appeal.

This is hardly the first time David Duke and Donald Trump have been politically linked and it won’t be the last.

Duke warns, “the revolution is coming.” Watch out for the white robes.
