While campaigning in Charlotte, NC, Hillary Clinton hammered Trump for refusing to say that he would accept the outcome of the election.

Clinton said:
He refused to say that he would respect the results of our election. Now, I have to admit when we were both asked the question I assumed he would say what everybody has always said which is hey, of course, you know because to say that you won’t respect the results of the election, that is a direct threat to our democracy. The peaceful transfer of power is one of the things that makes America, America.
As your secretary of state, I visited 112 countries and a lot of those countries are places that don’t even pretend to be democracies, and then there are ones that pretend to be democracies, but if you are the political opponent to a powerful, strong dictator you end up in exile, or you end up in jail, or you end up dead.
It is not a joke. Look, some people are sore losers, and we just gotta keep going.
This isn’t a campaign anymore. Hillary Clinton is moving in to finish off Donald Trump. Clinton perfectly tapped into the perception of most voters that Trump’s refusal to say that he would accept the results of the election reeks of a sore loser.
That’s not how we do things in the United States of America. Presidential candidates don’t get to say that they will keep in suspense over whether or not they will accept the will of the people. Presidential nominees don’t get to put conditions on their acceptance of the results.
Hillary Clinton called Trump out on his sore loser behavior, with the intention of reminding voters all across the country that they want a commander in chief not a crybaby in chief occupying the Oval Office.
