Mitch McConnell delayed the vote on the Senate health care bill until after the 4th of July recess because he is spending the next three days working on a new deal to take away your healthcare.
“Vote after break. McConnell wants to win. Going to make changes new score and win,” said one aide.
What’s next: “Work over the next 72 hrs to come to an agreement. Vote after the break,” per another GOP aide.

I'm told the White House is getting a head count of Senate Republicans who will take a bus over there this afternoon.

It is clear where this is going. McConnell and Trump are going to try to cut a deal with Republican Senators to get their support.
The delay of the vote was a win, but it wasn’t the final win that will kill the bill. Republicans are still going to vote on this bill in some form next week, which means that everyone who is concerned about healthcare has to get on the phone and call their Senators. Call their local offices. Call the Capitol Hill offices until you get through. Democrats can still win this, but they need a final and unrelenting push to make sure that a side deal can’t sneak the bill through.
Fight for your right to healthcare.
