Trump Hires Fox News Sexual Assault Enabler Bill Shine For His White House Staff

Trump has closed the circle on both his relationship with Fox News and sexual assault by hiring the Fox News boss who is accused of enabling covering up the sexual harassment and sexual assault culture at Fox.

In a statement provided to PoliticusUSA, the White House announced:

President Donald J. Trump announced today that Bill Shine will join the White House staff. Mr. Shine will serve as Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications. He brings over two decades of television programming, communications, and management experience to the role. Previously, Mr. Shine served as Co-President of Fox News Channel and Fox Business Network.

As we noted when reports first surfaced that Shine was up for the job, “Bill Shine lost his job at Fox News because he enabled sexual predators Bill O’Reilly and Roger Ailes, which makes him perfectly qualified to enable sexual predator Donald Trump. Shine was also the former executive producer for Sean Hannity, and his hiring will make official what everyone has already known. Fox News is running communications for Trump.”

No one with a shred of integrity will work for Trump

Trump can’t get competent people with integrity to work for him, and since his only source of potential candidates for any position is Fox News, it isn’t surprising that a president who is accused of sexual harassment and sexual assault would have no problem hiring the guy who enabled Roger Ailes, Bill O’Reilly, and other men at Fox News to attack women.

Shine is the sort of candidate that other presidents would touch with a thousand foot poll, but in an administration that is corrupt to the core, Bill Shine is the right man for the job.
