I would be astounded if 55 is the correct number. I know of 4 in Ohio alone… I hope you’ll check into this and correct the number.
I just hope this translates into wins at all levels of government in November (in all states)!
I’d love to have an updated number, and I’ve written the organizers to ask them for info; however, that number (55) came off of the organizers website as of yesterday on the day of the rallies.

Mary – love the FB pic with the placard “I still can’t believe we have to protest this Shit.” I can’t believe it either or that the GOP is so stupid as to think they can pull a stunt like this and think there will be no negative repercussions at the polls this fall. I hope they pay for it in spades and I hope the media points out their failures are a direct result of their treatment of womens’ rights.
