Here’s the chart:

Trump isn’t just struggling. Trump is not only under water. This is a president whose approval rating is near death and getting worse. The Trump presidency has no momentum.

Compare Trump’s flat line to Obama:

The Obama presidency had life and movement. People were interested. Obama had the potential to attract more support than his base, which is why his numbers moved up and down. Obama’s chart shows a president doing things, and a public reacting.

Trump’s chart shows an unpopular president failing at everything and getting less popular by the day.

Since some conservatives like to compare Trump to Reagan, let’s take a look at Reagan’s chart:

There is no comparison between Trump and Reagan. Whether you agreed or disagreed with his agenda, Reagan was a president that caused movement.

Trump is a slug.

A president who is spending most of his time either playing golf or watching Fox News is not grading out well with the American people.

Trump has never been popular. The only way that he was ever going to become popular was if he did things that voters liked. So far, Donald Trump is trying to do things that voters oppose, and the result is that he is the least popular president in American history.

Trump’s problems are bigger than a bad daily approval rating. His presidency isn’t going anywhere. It is on life support and being kept alive by the conservative media machine. Trump has flatlined as his presidency looks like it arrived in Washington DOA.
