Board of Education.”
Senior White House advisor David Axelrod was on Meet the Press today, where defended Obama’s criticism of the recent Supreme Court decision on campaign finance at the State of the Union. Fox News president Roger Ailes was on ABC’s This Week today, where he was confronted by Arianna Huffington about the inflammatory rhetoric that Glenn Beck uses on his show. Ailes replied, “He’s talking about Hitler and Stalin slaughtering people so I think he was probably accurate.”
Yesterday, without his trusty TelePrompTer, President Barack Obama walked in to the GOP dragon’s den, made his plea and statement to the Republican Party, and then basically said “bring it on”, I’m ready for you! It was masterful. Republican House leaders were schooled by a wise and powerful leader.
On his Fox News program yesterday Glenn Beck was asking his panel for one book that is a must read. The Federalist Papers were suggested. Beck said, “The one that makes your head hurt. We need really smart people who can take The Federalist Papers and rewrite them for the common man.” Teabaggers are so stupid because reading is hard.
President Obama took up the House Republican leadership’s invitation to speak at their annual retreat yesterday where he deftly batted away every GOP talking point and made the Republicans wish that they have never allowed cameras to film the gathering. Obama called out the Republicans for being all tactics with no problem solving.
On his radio show today Rush Limbaugh had a heart to heart talk with Obama where offered to guide Obama and be the father that he never had. Limbaugh said, “Let me be the father that you never had or never really knew, because I think you need some guidance.”
On MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow Show, host Rachel Maddow traced President Barack Obama’s efforts towards political unity. She examined all of Obama’s failed bi-partisan efforts, and concluded that Obama is going to have change his strategy because he is going to get zero Republican support.
On his pre-SOTU Countdown tonight, host Keith Olbermann urged President Obama to seize the hatred of his enemies on the right. Olbermann said Obama should follow the template of FDR and, “welcome their hatred.” Olbermann is becoming very Darth Vaderish.
The most surprising reaction to President Obama’s State of the Union Speech came from MSNBC’s Chris Matthews who said, “I forgot that he was black tonight for an hour.” In other breaking news, President Lincoln has freed the slaves.
Democrats are sick of being kicked around and they want to see their Dem leaders KICK some ass. Right now, Liberals want to lock the Conservatives in a room with Al Franken and Alan Grayson and watch the fall out on CSPAN, cheering our guts out as they finally get what’s coming to them.
When Democrats can’t get the obstructionists to play and we fail to read up on how our government works (so we can blame you for not closing Gitmo yet, just say), progressives point our fingers at you with ignorant righteousness, Mr. President, and say, you suck.

On his radio show today, Glenn Beck took his tactics to a whole new level when he announced that he has declared war on the progressive movement. Beck said, “We’re declaring war, and not on Obama, but on the progressive movement.” Beck, much like al-Qaeda, has now declared war on American citizens.
What could old Andre have said to so inflame? Oh, he just compared people needing government assistant to stray animals. Isn’t that what all Christians do? You can’t doubt this guy’s Jesus cred; he’s the one who brought the “I believe†license plates to South Carolina. The ones with the big crosses on them.

Tonight on his MSNBC show Countdown, host Keith Olbermann did something really odd. He started a feud with The Dallas Morning News, because an editor there posted a blog that compared Olbermann to Glenn Beck and criticized his coverage of the special election. Olbermann fired back with a quick comment tonight.
On his MSNBC show Countdown, host Keith Olbermann reminded the teabaggers, who just now seem to have figured out what the name means, where the term teabagger came from. Hint: it wasn’t Maddow or Olbermann but the teabaggers themselves who coined the term.
Right wingers are always complaining about how that mean liberal Jon Stewart is always picking on them and their network Fox News, well on Monday night’s The Daily Show, Stewart unloaded on the gaffe riddled campaign of Democratic Senate candidate Martha Coakley. Check out the video.

He said, “In short, in Scott Brown we have an irresponsible, homophobic, racist, reactionary, ex nude model, teabagging supporter of violence against women…”
On his radio show today, Rush Limbaugh claimed that Obama’s declaration of 9/11 as a day of service is really nothing more than Obama recruiting people to support him. He said, “There are endless and countless examples of subtle and not so subtle efforts by this White House to recruit and organize Americans.”
A perfect example of genuine judicial activism, look no further than the case of Hillary – the Movie, officially known as Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, only instead of so-called liberal activists, this merely represents the most recent example of blatant activism committed by the ultraconservative five-justice majority of the United States Supreme Court.
Moderates and independents need to start paying very close attention in future elections, as the right is running “stealth candidatesâ€. Since apparently, the majority of voters don’t want a religious extremist racist in office, the only thing for a teabagging birther like Scott Brown to do is LIE about their beliefs in order to get elected.
The effort of newly created Clinton Bush Haiti Fund will kick into high gear on Sunday as both Clinton and Bush will appear on all of the morning talk shows. The appearances will be George W. Bush’s first since leaving office. In contrast to his former vice president, Bush is showing Cheney how he is supposed to act.
Tuesday’s special US Senate election in Massachusetts presents a critical moment for both the Obama administration and the Democratic Party, which is why Democrats need to mobilize to prevent Republicans from possibly derailing the Obama agenda.
Sarah Palin’s much-anticipated debut on Fox News this week has not gone well. From O’Reilly’s condescension to Beck’s mocking of her paranoia, this has been a rough roll out for the ambitious, yet ignorant, and paranoid Palin.
The attempted Christmas day terror attack has thrust the issue of terrorism back into the spotlight, while the cynical, paranoid neo-con chicken hawks have looked to exploit the issue for political gain. Here is how the US can battle al-Qaeda without giving into fear and changing who we are.
On his MSNBC program Hardball tonight, host Chris Matthews took Sarah Palin to task for not knowing who the Founding Fathers were during her interview with Glenn Beck yesterday. Matthews said, America was the book she didn’t read, yet she is running around this country as this patriotic icon of American what?”

On his radio show today, Rush Limbaugh managed to revise the history of the 2008 presidential election to claim that the Democratic primary, not the general election, was full of, “racism and bigotry, and debating if Obama was authentic.” Limbaugh is obviously confusing the Democratic primary with the general election.
On his FNC program today Glenn Beck launched into another one of his Marxist control rants when he couldn’t resist a little bit of that old time racism, “The most effective way to become the slavemaster and make them come to you is to make them come to you for employment.” According to Beck, Obama is America’s slavemaster.
In the press release announcing her deal with Fox News, Sarah Palin wasted no time in parroting the company line. Palin said, “It’s wonderful to be part of a place that so values fair and balanced news.” Interestingly, the Palin deal is not exclusive, and would free her up for a presidential run in 2012.
Thanks to some seriously inappropriate words from Democratic Senator Majority Leader, Harry Reid, the GOP are up in arms while trying to spin their racist behavior on to the Democratic Party.
Palin’s most powerful nemesis, McCain/Palin campaign strategist Steve Schmidt, will soon return the fire Palin unloaded on him from her book, “Going Rogueâ€. Operation Palin Apocalypse officially commences Sunday night when Schmidt appears on 60 minutes. The only question remaining is how low will they go? This is the GOP after all. The party of Rovian election tactics.
Conservative darling Sarah Palin has been able to grift millions off of her teabagging cult since quitting her governorship midterm, claiming she was doing it to “progress Alaska,” but now conservatives are starting to see Palin’s real motivations and are telling her to get over herself.

MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann recently declared that former Vice President Dick Cheney is a traitor, but I would take Olbermann’s comments about Cheney’s traitorous activities one step further. Plain and simple, Dick Cheney is a TERRORIST.
On his radio show today, Rush Limbaugh proclaimed that he too is one of America’s 47 million uninsured, and that he is providing leadership by demonstrating how cheap healthcare really is. Limbaugh said, ” If you can afford a pretty expansive media room, you can afford what I spent in the hospital.”
FNC’s Bill O’Reilly has been behaving relatively sanely, but that changed tonight on his program The O’Reilly Factor when he expressed his outrage at an animated political cartoon by Mark Fiore about learning to speak teabag which was posted on their website November 12, by labeling NPR a, “left wing jihadist deal.”
On his MSNBC program The Ed Show tonight, host Ed Schultz addressed speculation that he will run for the Senate seat currently held by the retiring Byron Dorgan. Schulz confirmed that he has been approached to run for the Senate seat, and most importantly, he didn’t say no to a potential run for the seat.

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin took to her Facebook page again today to attack President Obama for treating the suspect in the attempted Christmas Day terror attack as a criminal. Palin’s entire intellectual basis for argument is based on what she saw on Fox News, and things that she made up.
Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) was on CNN’s Larry King Live last night, and he pulled no punches when the discussion turned to Dick Cheney’s recent criticisms of Obama’s national security policy. Paul said, “Well, I think he had his eight years and he’s caused a lot of trouble for our country and he perpetuated a war in Iraq that was unnecessary and wrong-headed.”
We are in the midst of one of the nation’s greatest fears, being attacked by extremists. No, not just the “Underwear Bomber from Nigeria, but also Dick Cheney, Jim DeMint, and other right wing extremists who are suffering from a case of collective amnesia related to how they dropped the ball on national security.
The latest big lie being spread through right wing media is that Bill Clinton not George W. Bush is to blame for 9/11. On FNC’s Hannity program, Dick Morris said, “The reason 9/11 happened was because Bill Clinton treated the ’93 bombing of the World Trade Center as a crime, not an act of war.”
On his MSNBC program Hardball today, host Chris Matthews took a minute to take a shot at Rush Limbaugh, who recently proclaimed that the healthcare system is fine. While leaving a Hawaii hospital that he was admitted to for chest pains, Rush Limbaugh used himself as an example of why the health care system does not need reformed. Limbaugh said that the healthcare system works, “just fine and dandy,” but the Hawaii system is the model for the Democratic reform plan, and the hospital is unionized. Limbaugh has cluelessly endorsed socialized medicine and unionization.
