During Thursday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s Morning Joe, host Joe Scarborough decided to criticize Washington Post reporter Wesley Lowery over his actions that led to his arrest in Ferguson Wednesday evening. Lowery destroyed him in an interview with CNN.
The president made it clear that what the police in Ferguson have been doing is wrong. Obama said, “There’s also no excuse for police to use excessive force against peaceful protests or to throw protesters in jail for lawfully exercising their First Amendment rights.”
