Former President Donald Trump has charged the Secret Service nearly $10,200 for guest rooms used by his protective detail, according to spending records released by the Secret Service in response to a public-records request from The Washington Post.
Most political administrations would have considered Alex Jones to be a joke. The Trump administration, though, desperately need the votes of his supporters. So they played ball.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Donald Trump is removing the director of the U.S. Secret Service, the agency that provides protection for him and other top U.S. officials, the White House said on Monday, a day after the ouster of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen.
A provision of the new Homeland Security reauthorization bill would allow armed Secret Service agents to enter polling locations at the direction of the President, and state officials in charge of elections are not happy. The bill has been passed by the U.S. House of Representatives and next will be considered in the U.S. Senate.
Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) will introduce an amendment that will block the Secret Service from paying to stay at any Trump businesses or properties.
After Trump's lawyer Jay Sekulow had claimed that the Secret Service should have stopped the Russians from meeting with the Trump campaign, Rep. Ted Lieu (D-CA) called Sekulow dumb as a rock.
The Secret rejected Trump's lawyer's argument that they should have vetted the Russians that Trump Jr. was meeting, but made it clear that they were in the building to protect Trump, which means that President Trump knew about the meeting.
It has cost New York City $35 million to protect Trump since the election and Florida residents are stuck with bills for Thanksgiving and the Holidays
Trump did project his real intent to run for president saying, "I could be the first presidential candidate to run and make money on it."
As shocking as this type of imagery is, it's par for the course when it comes to the Trump campaign.
NBC News' Katy Tur had to be protected by the Secret Service after Donald Trump called her out, pointing his finger at her and "launching a personal attack as millions of Americans watched at home."
Donald Trump is claiming that Secret Service is lying about having talked to him multiple times about his threats against Hillary Clinton and attempts to incite violence.

Police, fire and other emergency vehicles swarmed around the White House in the predawn hours, with several clustered near the southeast entrance to the mansion. The White House was dark and the entire perimeter was on lockdown until around 5 a.m., when those who work in the complex were allowed inside.
Until it is fully funded, the Secret Service will not be able to move forward with the additional security measures recommended for the White House and President Obama.
